Coach Marilynn provides online fitness coaching, nutrition education, memberships, digital resources, and educational content designed to support healthy lifestyle habits.

Our services are educational and informational in nature and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

By participating in any coaching program, workout, challenge, nutrition plan, or educational material, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for consulting your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, recovering from injury, or take prescription medication.

Coach Marilynn is not a physician, registered dietitian, psychologist, or licensed healthcare provider unless otherwise stated.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice.

4. No Guaranteed Results

While many clients experience positive results, individual outcomes depend on numerous factors including consistency, effort, medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence.

We cannot and do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Fat loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Hormonal improvements

  • Health outcomes

  • Specific physical transformations

5. Coaching Services

When purchasing coaching services, you agree to:

  • Complete requested forms honestly.

  • Communicate respectfully.

  • Follow program guidelines.

  • Understand that success requires personal responsibility and consistency.

Coach Marilynn reserves the right to discontinue coaching services without refund if a client becomes abusive, threatening, or repeatedly violates program expectations.

6. Memberships

If you enroll in a recurring membership:

  • Membership fees are billed automatically according to your selected billing cycle.

  • Your membership continues until cancelled.

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or by contacting support before your next billing date.

  • Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund payments already processed.

Membership pricing may change in the future. Existing members will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.

7. Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, guides, meal plans, training programs, videos, and educational materials are licensed for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share downloads.

  • Upload materials online.

  • Resell content.

  • Copy or reproduce materials.

  • Modify or distribute our content without written permission.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, all digital product sales are final unless required by law.

8. Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service.

  • Cancel fraudulent transactions.

  • Suspend access for failed or reversed payments.

9. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated according to the specific program purchased.

If a program includes a separate written refund policy, that policy governs the purchase.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery of downloadable content, digital purchases are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Coaching materials

  • Written content

  • Downloads

remain the exclusive property of Coach Marilynn and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

If participating in a private Facebook group, membership community, live coaching calls, or online discussions, you agree to:

  • Treat others respectfully.

  • Avoid harassment or discrimination.

  • Not promote unrelated businesses.

  • Maintain confidentiality of other members.

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these standards.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software.
